Explore our activities

Kindilan offers a wide range of exciting outdoor activities designed to challenge, inspire and energise Girl Guides groups either led by our instructors or Guide-led. 

Facilities and services

Kindilan offers a great mix of practical facilities and wide-open outdoor spaces, giving groups everything they need for a smooth, enjoyable and adventure-filled camp. Facilities include:

  • Two large indoor dining rooms
  • Expansive playing fields for games and group activities
  • Large on-site lake for water-based activities
  • Extensive on-site adventure activity areas
  • Campfire circle for evening gatherings
  • Teachers’ lounge for planning and downtime

    3. Are you booking a Girl Guides Getaway Weekend? Subject to availability.(Required)
    $200 + GST per person. Minimum 30 Guides. By arrangement only. Inclusions: Catering Friday Evening: Dinner / Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner / Sunday: Breakfast and Lunch / Accommodation: Indoor, platform tents or BYO camping. Pricing remains the same regardless of accommodation style. / Activities: 2 GABC-Led Activities / 2 Leader-Led Activities with GABC support / Evening Entertainment run by GABC Group Leader and supported by Guide Leaders / Sunday initiative sessions / Girl Guide Getaway Terms and Conditions: By arrangement only. Minimum group size of 30. These weekends are exclusively for Girl Guide groups. Guides must book with a group (not individual bookings). To be read in conjunction with GABC Terms and Conditions and Girl Guides Queensland General Terms and Conditions as below.

    $220 + GST per activity (Low Ropes, archery or orienteering) per 0 – 15 participants per activity group for a 90-minute duration (Mon – Fri) / $260 + GST per activity (Flying Fox, abseiling, canoeing) per 0 – 15 participants per activity group for a 90-minute duration (Mon - Fri) / $260 + GST per activity (Low ropes, archery, orienteering) per 0-15 participants per activity group for a 90-minute duration (Sat) / $300 + GST per activity (Flying Fox, abseiling, canoeing) per 0 – 15 participants per activity group for a 90-minute duration (Sat) / $300+ GST per activity (Low ropes, archery and orienteering) per 0 – 15 participants per activity group for a 90-minute duration (Sun) / $340 + GST per activity (flying Fox, abseiling, canoeing) per 0 - 15 participants per activity group for a 90-minute duration (Sun). Activity Times are 9am, 10.30am, 1.30pm*, 3pm* * Session times not available on Sundays.
    9. Do you require Guide-led Activities for a non-guide weekend? *
    Guides to use GABC Activity Bases, Guides to provide equipment and instructors. $165 per 90-minute session for a non-Guide weekend. $85 per 2-hour session for Girl Guide Exclusive weekends.
    10. Which Girl Guide exclusive dates in 2026 would you like to attend? *
    For Girl Guide advertised dates, Girl Guides will have exclusive access to GABC Kindilan and will not be sharing the site with any other groups. For any other weekends, the site may need to be shared with other groups.
